✍🏽 The Role

As a Communications Associate at Bamboo, you will lead the planning and implementing communication strategies, executing Bamboo’s social media, education and earned media promotion, writing/editing as well as creating communication materials and texts. You will drive content and the messaging strategy as part of our wider communications and marketing team. You will support the building of Bamboo brand awareness by managing our marketing and communications initiatives and bringing Bamboo messaging to life through external and internal means.

You will co-create messaging, develop campaigns, and actively drive customer engagement across all segments. You will be expected to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

📣 What you will be doing everyday:

• You’ll partner with the Head of Marketing communications to develop and implement communications plans
• You will plan and execute relevant physical and digital events to advance the Bamboo narrative
• You will support our customer acquisition efforts in our various operating markets, by generating high-quality, relevant organic content that drives user engagement.
• You will monitor news and popular trends to insert Bamboo’s messaging into ongoing conversations; identify key moments for proactive communications,
• You will monitor the implementation of communications projects and adjust accordingly,
• You will create and edit various communications for our targeted audiences including blog posts, newsletters, reports, talking points, scripts, website content, and other mixed media materials,
• You will create and execute monthly content calendars and educational program
• You will contribute to the communications strategy for current and existing activities and promotions
• You’ll produce relevant, compelling social media updates with links to activities or promotions
• You will analyze media coverage; measure and provide reports on each campaign and develop responses when needed
• You will provide actionable responses to inquiries from all our Social Media platforms as well as emails and phone calls.
